Niwot Election Commission meeting

The court-appointed commission that administers the November 3 incorporation election meets to compile the written comments for and against the five fiscal ballot issues, which go into the constitutional (TABOR) notice mailed to registered electors. Written comments are due to the commission by noon the same day.

Commission meetings are open to the public for observation. The commission publishes the ballot content and procedure for this question and takes no position on it; Boulder County’s Clerk and Recorder runs the coordinated election itself.
