Election Day: the Niwot incorporation vote

Voters inside the proposed boundary decide whether Niwot becomes a municipality, whether to form a home rule charter commission, who would sit on it, and five fiscal issues that would fund a town. Ballots must be received, not postmarked, by 7 pm; anyone voting in person must be in line by 7 pm.
