Tuesday, Nov. 3. Ballots must be received by 7 p.m. (postmarks don't count). Vote centers are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., including Gunbarrel Library, 6500 Lookout Road. The Niwot incorporation questions are for registered voters inside the proposed boundary.
