The Left Hand Grange No. 9 hall in the middle of Second Avenue is Niwot’s de facto town hall for a town that has none: Historical Society lectures, the Why Not Niwot? juried show, the Holiday Magic Market, line dancing on Thursdays, Rotary breakfasts, election commission meetings and private rentals.
